Wild Wednesday

So are you wondering what news transfers brought? I’m staying in Leeds with Sister Wynder!! 6 more weeks! I am so excited for the month ahead. Our investigators are probably the best people in the world. We just love them! I can’t wait to see what the future brings. We’ve had some changes in the zone, so it should be fun to see what happens. Sister Wynder will reach one year and I’ll reach half way, so that will be fun to reach those marks together.

The weather has been crazy here the past week. Wednesday was deemed “wild wednesday” because the wind was like 100 mph in some areas. We got an answerphone from the assistants saying not to get killed by trees but not to stay in, ha so that is missionary life. We started walking to the chapel for a RS activity and the sleet was blowing straight into our faces. I’ve never been so cold in my life, and then when we got there, we found out the activity was cancelled, after we had gotten soaked to the bone. Luckily there is a member that lives near the chapel, so we stopped at his house for some hot chocolate before heading home. Despite those kind of experiences, life is good. I love you all, and I feel so lucky to be able to serve the Lord here in rainy England.

Love, Sister Zurcher
